About this task

Project scope: Low-voltage, mechanical and electrical, intelligent building, and information technology projects.

Responsibilities:
1. Project coordination: Oversee the implementation and coordination of low-voltage and intelligent systems projects. Assume overall responsibility for project quality, safety, cost, and documentation, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
2. Schedule management: Develop overall schedules and plans, dynamically allocate resources, monitor critical milestones, address schedule deviations promptly, and ensure timely delivery.
3. Quality management: Review and develop drawings, prepare construction plans, and implement required workmanship and processes. Organize technical briefings, concealed-work inspections, and internal acceptance, while strictly controlling material quality and testing procedures.
4. Cost control: Control project costs, review material usage and inventory, and manage project expenses. Apply for and recover progress payments, settlement payments, and payments related to variations and site instructions to ensure business targets are achieved.
5. Risk prevention: Take full responsibility for safe and orderly onsite construction, conduct safety inspections, supervise hazard rectification and implementation of protective measures, and identify and mitigate project risks.
6. Documentation and approvals: Review and organize full-cycle project documentation to ensure completeness and compliance, and participate in completion acceptance and document archiving.

Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, building intelligence, communications engineering, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in office software, CAD, T20 Architecture, and related tools; ability to develop drawings and prepare technical plans and project schedules; strong knowledge of low-voltage systems and intelligent systems integration.
3. At least five years of construction management experience in low-voltage and intelligent systems projects. A Class I Constructor qualification, Information Systems Project Management Professional certificate, or a related professional credential is preferred.
4. Strong planning, coordination, communication, and execution skills, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
5. Willingness to work onsite and undertake long-term assignments in Malaysia.

岗位职责：
1. 项目统筹：负责弱电、智能化领域项目的实施和统筹，对项目质量、安全、成本和资料等负总责，并进行内外部沟通协调。
2. 进度管理：制定总体进度和计划，动态调配各项资源，监控关键节点，及时解决进度偏差问题，确保进度达标。
3. 质量管理：负责图纸审核与深化，编写施工方案，落实工艺与流程；组织技术交底、隐蔽工程及内部验收，严格把控材料质量与检测流程。
4. 成本控制：负责成本控制，审核材料使用与盘点，管理项目费用；负责进度款、结算款、变更签证等工程款项的申请与回收，确保经营目标达成。
5. 风险防范：全面负责现场安全文明施工和安全巡查，监督隐患整改与防护措施落实，识别并规避各类项目风险。
6. 资料签证：审核并组织编写全过程资料，确保完整性与规范性，并参与竣工验收与资料归档。

任职要求：
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、建筑智能化、通信工程等相关专业。
2. 熟练使用办公软件、CAD、天正等工具，具备图纸深化、技术方案及工程计划编制能力；熟练掌握弱电各系统工作原理，了解智能化集成相关知识。
3. 具有5年以上弱电智能化项目施工管理经验；持有一级建造师、信息系统项目管理师等相关职称或证书者优先。
4. 具备良好的统筹规划、沟通协调和执行能力，积极学习，思路开阔。
5. 能够接受项目驻场及在马来西亚长期工作。
