Infrastructure Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Understand internal requirements, support requesting departments with preliminary planning, and provide relevant technical assistance.
2. Prepare technical tender requirements, organize site surveys, and participate throughout the bid evaluation process.
3. Organize drawing reviews and design briefings.
4. Review construction plans and address technical issues encountered during implementation.
5. Coordinate with internal requesting and procurement departments, confirm project objectives, set priorities, prepare project control plans, supervise suppliers, and inspect plan execution.
6. Identify potential construction risks, analyze their causes, and formulate appropriate risk-control measures.
7. Promptly identify and correct deviations during implementation.
8. Manage the full construction process for all disciplines within the assigned area and control onsite safety, quality, and progress.
9. Organize inspections and acceptance for each work stage, final completion acceptance, and document handover.

Requirements:
1. Full-time college degree or above, at least ten years of infrastructure project management experience, and at least five years as a project leader.
2. Independent onsite management experience for at least three large industrial production facility projects. Infrastructure construction management experience in Vietnam is preferred.
3. Project management expertise covering the entire process from preliminary planning, design, tendering, and construction through acceptance and settlement.
4. Strong professional knowledge of civil or mechanical and electrical engineering and familiarity with new industry technologies; proficiency in AutoCAD, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other engineering drawing and office software.
5. Expertise in various engineering contract models, with strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, including clear reporting of project progress and risks to management, effective cross-department collaboration, and communication with government authorities and business partners.
7. Strong awareness of compliance, integrity, and professional ethics.

岗位职责：
1. 关注内部需求，配合需求部门进行前期规划并提供相应的技术支持。
2. 编制招标技术要求，组织现场踏勘，全过程参与评标工作。
3. 组织图纸会审和设计交底。
4. 审核施工方案，处理并解决实施过程中遇到的技术问题。
5. 对接内部需求部门和采购部门，确认工程目标，设定工作优先级，编制工程预控计划，督促供应商实施并检查计划执行情况。
6. 识别施工中可能产生的各类风险，分析原因并制定合理的风险控制措施。
7. 及时发现并纠正实施过程中的各项偏差。
8. 负责管辖区域内各专业工程施工全过程管理，管控施工现场的安全、质量和进度。
9. 组织各工序验收、竣工验收及资料移交。

任职要求：
1. 统招专科及以上学历，具有10年以上基建项目管理经验及5年以上项目负责人经验。
2. 独立负责过3个以上大型生产类工业厂房项目的现场管理工作；具有越南地区基建工程现场管理经验者优先。
3. 精通工程项目从前期规划、设计、招标、施工到验收结算的全过程管理。
4. 掌握土木工程或机电工程等相关领域的专业技术知识，熟悉行业新技术应用；熟练使用AutoCAD、Project、PPT、Word、Excel等工程制图和办公软件。
5. 精通各类工程合同模式，具备出色的合同起草、审核及谈判能力。
6. 具备良好的沟通与协调能力，能够向管理层清晰汇报项目进展和风险，与各部门顺畅协作，并与政府机构、合作伙伴等进行有效沟通。
7. 具备高度的合规意识、廉洁自律意识和职业操守。
