Data Center Facilities Operations and Maintenance Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and review annual maintenance schedules and maintenance and repair records for the data center facility.
2. Inspect the quality of carrier personnel's routine inspections and compliance with duty requirements.
3. Ensure the stable operation of HVAC, electrical, and other related equipment in the facility.
4. Track the progress of specialized and miscellaneous construction projects in the data center and conduct quality acceptance inspections.
5. Follow up on faults and incidents, provide technical support, and conduct fault analysis and post-incident reviews.
6. Prepare incident-response SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs for the facility.
7. Follow up on other special assignments within the cluster.

Requirements:
1. Full-time college diploma or above.
2. Background in data center operations and maintenance management; a major in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline is preferred.
3. At least one year of relevant work experience.
4. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and operational processes.
5. Strong management and leadership capabilities, professional ethics, and a strong sense of responsibility.
6. Ability to consider the interests of the company, data center, and customers and ensure stable data center operations.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Experience leading teams or operations and maintenance projects.
9. Ability to coordinate upstream, downstream, and cross-functional teams to complete tasks.
10. Ability to train team members and develop their professional capabilities.

岗位职责：
1、负责编制和审核机楼年度维护计划表及维护、维修记录。
2、负责检查机楼内运营商人员的巡检质量和值班纪律。
3、负责保障机楼内暖通、电气等相关设备稳定运行。
4、负责推进机房内专项及零星施工工程进度，并开展质量验收。
5、负责跟进机楼内故障和事件，提供技术支持，并进行故障分析与复盘。
6、编制机楼内响应SOP、MOP和EOP。
7、负责集群内其他专项工作的跟进。

任职要求：
1、全日制大专及以上学历。
2、具备机房运维管理背景，机电、电气、暖通等相关专业优先。
3、具有1年以上相关工作经验。
4、熟悉行业标准、规章制度及各项业务运作流程。
5、具备较强的管理能力和领导水平，有较高的职业素质和责任感。
6、责任心强，能够从公司、数据中心和客户等方面的利益出发，确保数据中心稳定运行。
7、具备较强的沟通和表达能力。
8、有带领团队或运维项目的经验。
9、能够协调上下游团队及横向团队共同完成任务。
10、善于对团队人员进行技能培训和能力培养。
