Project Manager, Excavator Business Delivery and Operations

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the fulfillment, delivery, and operations of construction machinery projects in Malaysia, with a focus on excavator-related business.
2. Collaborate efficiently with relevant partners and track equipment throughout the repurchase, refurbishment, certification, and delivery-readiness process.
3. Drive project execution before and after equipment delivery, including inspections, refurbishment progress tracking, delivery condition confirmation, customer coordination, and onsite coordination.
4. Follow up on equipment maintenance, after-sales support, and exception handling during fulfillment to ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
5. Coordinate sales, supply chain, service, partners, and other resources to achieve project milestones and control delivery risks.
6. Establish and continuously optimize local project execution processes, equipment delivery standards, process management mechanisms, and cross-functional collaboration mechanisms.
7. Consolidate project execution information and report key milestones, issue resolution, risk warnings, and improvement recommendations.
8. As the business develops, gradually assume team management and local operational responsibilities and develop toward a local business leadership role.
Requirements
1. Associate degree or above; majors in mechanical engineering, engineering management, mechanical and electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, supply chain, or related fields are preferred.
2. Experience in the construction machinery industry and familiarity with excavators, used-equipment refurbishment, delivery, or service processes.
3. Experience in project management, delivery management, after-sales service, equipment operations, or cross-functional coordination is preferred.
4. Strong organizational, coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex project schedules.
5. Ability to adapt to an overseas work environment and accept an international assignment, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience under pressure.
6. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, partners, and customers.
7. Management potential, willingness to develop overseas over the long term, and readiness to assume broader operational and management responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with construction machinery manufacturers, used-equipment platforms, rental companies, or service systems. Practical experience in excavator repurchase, refurbishment, certification and delivery, after-sales service, or maintenance is preferred.
Work location: Malaysia. Overseas assignment duration: three to six months. Working languages: Chinese and English.

岗位职责
1. 负责马来西亚工程机械项目的履约、交付与运营管理，重点围绕挖掘机相关业务开展。
2. 与相关合作方保持高效协同，跟进设备从回购、整备、认证到可交付状态的全过程。
3. 负责设备交付前后的项目推进，包括验机、整备进度跟进、交付条件确认、客户对接及现场协调等工作。
4. 跟进设备维保、售后支持及履约过程中的异常处理，确保设备交付质量与客户满意度。
5. 协同销售、供应链、服务、合作伙伴等多方资源，推进项目按节点落地并控制交付风险。
6. 建立并持续优化当地项目执行流程、设备交付标准、过程管理机制及跨团队协同机制。
7. 汇总项目执行情况，输出关键节点、问题闭环、风险预警及改进建议。
8. 随着业务发展，逐步承担团队管理与本地运营职责，并向当地业务负责人方向发展。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，机械、工程管理、机电、车辆工程、供应链等相关专业优先。
2. 具备工程机械行业经验，熟悉挖掘机产品、二手机整备、交付或服务流程。
3. 有项目管理、交付管理、售后服务、设备运营或跨部门协同经验者优先。
4. 具备较强的组织协调、执行推动及问题解决能力，能够管理复杂项目节奏。
5. 能够适应海外工作环境并接受外派安排，具备较强的责任心和抗压能力。
6. 具备良好的沟通表达能力，能够对接内部团队、合作伙伴及客户。
7. 具备一定管理潜力，愿意在海外长期发展，并逐步承担更综合的经营管理职责。
加分项
有工程机械主机厂、二手机平台、租赁公司或服务体系相关经验；有挖机设备回购、整备翻新、认证交付、售后维保等实操经验者优先。
工作地点：马来西亚。驻外时长：3至6个月。工作语言：中文、英语。
