ICT Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities
1. Provide pre-sales technical support and solution design for ICT projects, working with the sales team on customer requirement discussions, technical proposals, and tender documents.
2. Conduct technical exchanges with customers and accurately understand and guide their requirements.
3. Present technical solutions and demonstrate products for ICT projects involving communications networks, system integration, and ELV/intelligent systems.
4. Independently prepare technical proposals and tender documents, including system architecture designs, equipment selection, and configuration lists.
5. Use CAD, Visio, and similar tools to create network topology diagrams, system deployment diagrams, and ELV construction drawings.
6. Support the transition from pre-sales to delivery, provide technical briefings to the delivery team, and optimize designs based on customer feedback and site conditions.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in communications engineering, computer networking, electronic information, or a related discipline.
2. At least three years of experience in ICT pre-sales, technical support, or design.
3. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with preparing ICT system integration solutions.
4. Understanding of ICT pre-sales solutions and tendering processes.
5. Strong teamwork, communication, coordination, information-gathering, and resource-integration abilities, with a customer-oriented mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to learn quickly.
6. Ability to communicate independently in English for overseas projects.

Work arrangement: Assignments may be based in Malaysia, Kenya, Brazil, Peru, or Colombia for three to six months. The working language is English.
Compensation: 8-13K.

岗位职责
1. 负责ICT项目的售前技术支撑和方案设计，配合销售团队完成客户需求沟通、技术方案编制及投标文件准备。
2. 配合市场团队与客户进行技术交流，准确理解并引导客户需求。
3. 负责通信网络、系统集成、弱电智能化等ICT项目的技术方案讲解和产品演示。
4. 独立完成项目技术方案和投标文件，包括系统架构设计、设备选型及配置清单等。
5. 使用CAD、Visio等工具绘制网络拓扑图、系统部署图及弱电施工图。
6. 参与项目从售前到交付的衔接，协助向交付团队进行技术交底，并根据客户反馈及现场情况优化设计方案。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，通信工程、计算机网络、电子信息等相关专业优先。
2. 具备3年以上ICT行业售前、技术支持或设计相关经验。
3. 具备较强的文档撰写能力，熟悉ICT系统集成方案编写。
4. 了解ICT售前方案及招投标工作流程。
5. 具备良好的团队合作、沟通协调、信息收集及资源整合能力，有客户导向意识、责任心和学习能力。
6. 能够为海外项目独立使用英语沟通。

工作安排：可能派驻马来西亚、肯尼亚、巴西、秘鲁或哥伦比亚，驻外时长为3至6个月，工作语言为英语。
薪资：8-13K。
