About this task

Role Overview
Serve as the technical hub for the Asia-Pacific or North American regional business team, supporting the acquisition and delivery of key colocation data center customers. Manage the technical transition from pre-sales solutions to project delivery to ensure solution competitiveness and implementation quality.

Responsibilities
1. Pre-sales solutions: Work with key account managers to identify strategic customers' technical requirements and develop customized data center solutions covering magnetic-bearing chillers, fan walls, liquid-cooling CDUs, intelligent building control systems, and energy-efficiency optimization across air-cooled, water-cooled, and liquid-cooled architectures.
2. Prepare technical tender documents, review proposals, and conduct cost estimates to ensure technical feasibility and commercial viability.
3. Act as the customer's technical point of contact and lead technical discussions, site surveys, and solution presentations.
4. Coordinate the transition from sales to EPC and engineering teams, review construction plans, and support the implementation of technical standards.
5. Coordinate internal and external resources, including product teams, supply chains, and engineering subcontractors, to resolve critical technical issues and perform root-cause analysis during delivery.
6. Support the setup and testing of customer proof-of-concept environments and verify that technical indicators meet customer requirements.
7. Gather regional customer requirements and competitor intelligence, provide feedback to product managers, and contribute to product roadmaps and certification planning.
8. Build a regional solution knowledge base, document representative cases and best practices, and enable regional teams.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, thermal and power engineering, HVAC, or a related discipline.
2. At least eight years of data center experience in solution design, project delivery, or technical support.
3. Overseas data center project delivery experience in Asia-Pacific or North America is preferred, along with familiarity with standards such as Uptime Tier and TIA-942.
4. Strong expertise in data center infrastructure and an understanding of the interaction between cooling, IT loads, power distribution, and building automation systems. Full-stack infrastructure knowledge is preferred.
5. Familiarity with data center product portfolios and architecture selection, with the ability to prepare technical bids, estimate costs, and manage project risks.
6. Knowledge of low-carbon and energy-saving technologies such as liquid cooling and modular data centers is preferred.
7. Ability to independently perform TCO, Capex, and Opex analyses and explain the economic value of technical choices in financial terms.
8. English proficiency sufficient for professional work, cross-cultural communication, solution presentations, and direct technical discussions with overseas customers.
9. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, product, and engineering teams, with the ability to respond quickly under pressure.

Work arrangement: Long-term overseas assignment in Malaysia, the United States, or Singapore. The working language is English.
Compensation: 30-60K with 16 salary payments per year.

岗位职责
1. 售前解决方案：配合大客户经理深入挖掘战略客户的技术需求，输出定制化数据中心解决方案，涵盖磁悬浮冷水机组、Fan Wall、液冷CDU、智能楼宇控制系统及能效优化等模块，覆盖风冷、水冷及液冷等技术路线。
2. 负责项目投标中的技术标书编写、方案评审及成本测算，确保方案的技术可行性与商务经济性。
3. 作为客户技术接口人，主导技术交流、现场勘察及方案演示。
4. 衔接销售与EPC或工程团队，将方案平稳过渡至交付阶段，参与施工方案审核及技术标准落地。
5. 协调产品团队、供应链及工程分包商等内外部资源，解决交付过程中的关键技术问题并开展故障根因分析。
6. 支持客户POC环境的搭建与测试，确保技术指标符合客户要求。
7. 收集区域市场客户需求及竞品动态，反馈至产品经理，并参与产品路线图及认证规划。
8. 建设区域解决方案知识库，输出典型案例及优秀实践，赋能区域团队。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，制冷低温工程、热能动力、暖通空调等相关专业。
2. 具备8年以上数据中心相关经验，包括方案设计、项目交付或技术支持经历。
3. 具有亚太或北美海外数据中心项目落地经验者优先，熟悉Uptime Tier、TIA-942等国际标准者优先。
4. 精通数据中心基础设施系统，理解制冷与IT负载、供配电及楼宇自控之间的耦合关系，具备全栈视角者优先。
5. 熟悉数据中心产品体系及架构选型，具备技术标书编写、成本测算和项目风险把控能力。
6. 了解液冷、模块化数据中心等低碳节能技术者优先。
7. 能够独立完成方案的TCO、Capex及Opex测算，并以财务语言论证技术选择的经济价值。
8. 英语可作为工作语言，具备良好的跨文化沟通和方案呈现能力，能够直接与海外客户开展技术交流。
9. 具备较强的跨部门协作能力，能够协调销售、产品及工程团队并在高压环境下快速响应客户需求。

工作安排：长期派驻马来西亚、美国或新加坡，工作语言为英语。
薪资：30-60K·16薪。
