Container Cloud PaaS Implementation Engineer

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver container cloud PaaS platform projects, including platform deployment, functional and performance testing, and user training.
2. Respond to customer inquiries during delivery and assist with application migration to the cloud.
3. Prepare project technical documents, organize case studies, conduct internal technical sharing, and document best practices.
4. Support platform upgrades, including upgrade-plan preparation, change execution, issue tracking, and validation.
5. Perform initial troubleshooting as a frontline technical engineer, submit tickets, and follow up through resolution.
6. Assist the project manager and delivery architect with project acceptance and delivery reviews.

Requirements:
1. This is a long-term overseas assignment based in Malaysia, Singapore, or South Africa. English is used as a working language, and candidates must be able to accept a two-year overseas assignment.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or a related discipline, with at least two years of cloud platform implementation or operations and maintenance experience.
3. Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture and component principles, with experience deploying and tuning CNI, CSI, and load-balancing components.
4. Familiarity with the underlying principles and runtime mechanisms of Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Strong Linux operations, troubleshooting, configuration tuning, and performance analysis skills.
6. Understanding of cloud platform architecture and the ability to independently analyze and resolve faults.
7. Familiarity with networking, middleware, databases, and mainstream monitoring systems.
8. Proficiency in at least one of Shell, Python, Java, or Go.
9. Ability to prepare technical solutions and presentation materials.
10. Strong responsibility, initiative, resilience, communication, teamwork, and security-risk awareness.
11. CKA certification or Java development experience is preferred.

1. 负责容器云PaaS平台项目实施交付，高质量完成平台部署、功能与性能测试、用户使用培训等工作。
2. 在交付过程中响应并解答客户使用咨询，协助客户业务上云迁移。
3. 编写项目相关技术文档、整理案例、开展内部技术分享并沉淀最佳实践。
4. 负责容器云PaaS平台升级支持，包括升级方案编写、变更执行、问题跟踪与验证。
5. 作为一线技术人员对平台故障进行初步排查，提交工单并跟进处理流程。
6. 协助项目经理与交付架构师完成项目验收和交付复盘等工作。

任职要求：
1. 本岗位需长期驻外，工作地点为马来西亚、新加坡或南非；英语为工作语言，需能接受为期两年的海外派驻。
2. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具有2年以上云平台实施或运维经验。
3. 熟悉Kubernetes架构及组件原理，具备CNI、CSI和负载均衡组件部署调优经验。
4. 熟悉Docker和Kubernetes的底层原理及运行机制。
5. 具备扎实的Linux运维、故障排查、配置调优和性能分析能力。
6. 理解云平台底层架构，能够独立分析并处理故障。
7. 熟悉网络、中间件、数据库及主流监控系统。
8. 熟练使用Shell、Python、Java或Go中的至少一种编程语言。
9. 具备技术方案和汇报材料撰写能力。
10. 责任心强、积极主动、抗压能力良好，沟通顺畅，具有团队意识和安全风险意识。
11. 持有CKA证书或具备Java开发经验者优先。
