Project Management Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a core member of the overseas project management team and work closely with the project manager to manage quality, safety, and schedule.
2. Assist with on-site construction coordination for photovoltaic and power transmission and transformation projects. Manage installation workmanship, construction quality, and unexpected site issues to ensure compliance with designs and applicable standards.
3. Participate in drawing reviews and the optimization and preparation of construction organization designs and special construction plans, providing recommendations from an implementation perspective.
4. Interpret construction drawings, provide technical guidance to contractors, and supervise construction according to the approved drawings.
5. Establish work standards for project sections and work items, define process and acceptance requirements, and formulate practical construction procedures.
6. Conduct quality, safety, schedule, and technical briefings for work crews, and supervise compliant operations throughout photovoltaic and power transmission and transformation construction.
7. Prepare material procurement plans; manage the inspection, warehousing, and distribution of delivered materials; supervise compliant fabrication and use; and conduct regular usage and variance analyses to control costs.
8. Support completion acceptance, as-built drawing preparation, and compilation of completion documents.
9. Assist the project manager with quality inspections, utility grid-connection procedures, acceptance-document collection, and archiving of on-site process records.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering and automation, electrical engineering, new energy science and engineering, wind energy and power engineering, energy and power engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least two years of photovoltaic or wind power project experience; overseas project experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge of relevant photovoltaic and wind power policies, regulations, and standards, as well as project approval and development procedures.
4. Able to work at overseas project sites for extended periods and undertake business trips based on project needs.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication, coordination, resilience, site organization, and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and safety.

Work location and language:
The position is based at overseas project sites in Southeast Asia. Potential locations include Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei, with the final location to be confirmed. Chinese is the working language.

Compensation and benefits:
1. Salary: 20–25K per month, plus a year-end bonus; final compensation is negotiable.
2. Three-month probation period paid at 80% of the position's salary.
3. Statutory social insurance and housing provident fund.
4. Two days off per week while working at the domestic office. Rest days during project assignments are arranged according to project conditions, and eligible train and flight expenses are reimbursed.

岗位职责：
1. 作为海外项目管理团队的核心成员，紧密配合项目经理，全面参与项目质量、安全和进度管理。
2. 协助项目经理组织光伏及输变电项目现场施工协调，管理安装工艺、施工质量及现场突发问题，确保施工符合设计与规范要求。
3. 参加图纸会审，参与施工组织设计及专项施工方案的优化与编制，从可实施性角度提出专业建议。
4. 深入理解施工图纸，依据图纸对施工方进行技术指导并监督其按图施工，确保设计意图准确落实。
5. 建立分部分项工程作业标准，明确各工序工艺要求与验收尺度，制定合理的施工流程。
6. 熟悉光伏及输变电全流程施工工艺，对各班组进行质量、安全、进度及技术交底，指导规范作业。
7. 编制材料采购计划，负责到场材料的验收、入库与分发，监督材料制作和使用符合规范，并定期开展节超分析以控制成本偏差。
8. 配合完成交工验收，参与竣工图绘制及竣工资料整编，确保验收文件齐全合规。
9. 配合项目经理完成电力质检、供电公司并网手续相关的验收资料收集及现场过程资料归档。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、电气工程、新能源科学与工程、风能与动力工程、能源与动力工程等相关专业。
2. 具有2年以上光伏或风电项目工作经验，有海外项目经验者优先。
3. 掌握光伏、风电相关政策、法规和标准，熟悉项目手续办理及开发流程。
4. 能适应长期海外驻场，并可根据项目情况出差。
5. 具备跨文化沟通协调、抗压、现场组织和问题解决能力，责任心强，重视团队协作与安全。

工作地点及语言：
长期驻东南亚项目现场，可能派驻马来西亚、新加坡或文莱，具体地点待定；工作语言为中文。

薪资福利：
1. 薪资为20-25K/月，另有年终奖，具体薪资面议。
2. 试用期3个月，试用期薪资为岗位薪资的80%。
3. 缴纳五险一金。
4. 在国内公司办公期间每周双休；进入项目出差后根据项目情况安排休息，符合规定的往返车票和机票费用予以报销。
