Work arrangement:
This position requires a long-term assignment in the United States. The specific project location will be determined according to project requirements. Business English is mandatory, and the successful candidate must be able to communicate independently with overseas owners, supervisors, and designers in technical discussions and meetings and through written correspondence. Candidates holding a valid U.S. visa are preferred.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead full-lifecycle planning and management of MEP industrial facility projects, including preliminary planning, construction方案 development, construction drawing reviews, and design detailing and optimization. Provide recommendations regarding constructability, cost efficiency, and scheduling.
2. Prepare and manage the overall construction schedule, material and equipment procurement plans, funding plans, and construction budgets. Track execution and allocate labor, machinery, and materials to control timelines and costs.
3. Coordinate and supervise electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection installation work. Ensure compliance with drawings and applicable standards, with particular attention to HVAC construction, critical quality points, and commissioning standards for cleanrooms.
4. Organize integrated MEP equipment commissioning and system trial operations, resolving technical bottlenecks and system compatibility issues to ensure stable handover.
5. Establish a project quality management system, inspect construction activities, identify defects, implement corrective actions, and track them to closure.
6. Establish and implement safety management procedures and emergency plans, conduct safety inspections, and ensure on-site protective measures are followed.
7. Break down construction tasks according to the schedule, coordinate handovers and sequencing among disciplines and teams, monitor deviations, and implement corrective measures to meet milestones.
8. Manage the use of construction materials and equipment, control waste, and optimize construction methods and organization to reduce costs and improve project performance.
9. Manage technical changes and construction variation documentation, ensuring compliance, accuracy, complete records, and reduced settlement risk.
10. Lead MEP completion acceptance, preparation and archiving of completion documentation, project settlement support, and final handover.
Requirements:
1. Under 45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering and automation, building environment and equipment engineering/HVAC, water supply and drainage engineering, MEP installation engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
3. Experience independently leading at least two large MEP projects as a project manager or engineering lead; at least five years of construction experience, including at least three years managing MEP installation for cleanrooms or industrial facilities; and at least five years of team or project management experience.
4. Strong knowledge of cleanroom HVAC construction processes, critical quality controls, commissioning requirements, and electrical, plumbing, and fire protection construction and acceptance standards.
5. Owner-side or project management company experience in MEP engineering is preferred.
6. Strong strategic planning, resource allocation, multidisciplinary coordination, and stakeholder management skills, including coordination with designers, supervisors, general contractors, and subcontractors.
7. Proficiency in CAD and the ability to review, detail, and optimize drawings.
8. Business English proficiency sufficient for technical discussions, meetings, and written correspondence with overseas stakeholders. Overseas on-site project management experience and a valid U.S. visa are preferred.
9. Strong planning, communication, cost awareness, commercial judgment, and knowledge of technical changes, variation documentation, and settlement procedures. Candidates must be able to accept a long-term overseas assignment.

岗位职责:
1、主导机电厂房项目全生命周期管理,包括前期规划、施工方案制定、施工图纸会审及深化优化,并从施工可行性、经济性和工期等方面提出专业优化建议。
2、主导编制施工总进度计划、材料设备采购计划、资金使用计划及施工预算,动态跟踪执行情况,合理配置人、机、料资源,确保工期和成本可控。
3、统筹指导并监督电气、暖通、给排水、消防等机电专业施工安装工作,确保符合设计图纸和规范要求,重点把控洁净车间暖通空调系统的施工工艺、质量节点及调试标准。
4、组织机电设备综合调试及系统试运行,协调解决技术瓶颈与系统匹配问题,确保各系统稳定交付。
5、建立项目质量管理体系,对施工全过程进行监督检查,识别并处理质量缺陷,制定整改措施并跟踪闭环。
6、建立并落实项目安全管理制度及应急预案,组织安全巡检和专项检查,监督现场安全防护措施落实。
7、按照进度计划分解施工任务,协调各专业和班组之间的工序衔接及工作面交接,跟踪进度偏差并推动纠偏,确保里程碑按时达成。
8、统筹施工材料与设备使用管理,严控损耗,持续优化施工工艺及组织方案,实现降本增效。
9、规范处理现场技术变更与工程签证,确保变更合规、签证准确、记录完整,降低后期结算争议风险。
10、牵头组织机电工程竣工验收,统筹竣工资料编制与归档,并配合完成项目结算及移交。
任职要求:
1、年龄在45周岁以下。
2、本科及以上学历,电气工程及其自动化、建筑环境与设备工程(暖通)、给水排水工程、机电安装工程、土木工程等相关专业。
3、曾作为项目经理或工程负责人独立主导至少2个大型机电项目全过程管理;具备5年以上工程施工经验,其中至少3年为洁净车间或工业厂房机电安装项目管理经验,并具备5年以上团队或项目管理能力。
4、精通净化车间暖通空调系统的施工流程、质量关键点及调试要求,熟悉电气、给排水、消防等机电专业施工规范和验收标准。
5、具备甲方、业主方或管理方机电工程管理经验者优先。
6、具备突出的全局规划、资源调配、多专业协调和综合管理能力,能够高效统筹设计、监理、总包及分包等参建单位。
7、熟练使用CAD等工程软件,具备图纸审核、深化及优化能力。
8、具备商务英语沟通能力,能够独立与海外业主、监理及设计方开展技术交流、会议沟通和英文函件往来。有海外项目驻场管理经验或有效美国签证者优先。
9、计划性强、逻辑清晰、善于沟通,具备成本意识和经营思维,熟悉技术变更、签证及结算流程,能够接受长期海外派驻。
