About this task
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of overseas smart manufacturing and automation projects, including initial coordination, solution planning, on-site implementation, acceptance, delivery, post-project review, and documentation, ensuring high-quality and compliant delivery.
2. Understand local overseas policies, regulations, industry standards, and construction codes. Independently prepare project implementation plans, construction方案, delivery schedules, and contingency plans aligned with local requirements and company delivery standards.
3. Manage local overseas subcontractors and cross-border suppliers, coordinating domestic and international technical, construction, and supply chain teams to resolve cross-regional, cross-language, and on-site implementation issues.
4. Control project scope, construction progress, delivery quality, costs, and cross-border logistics. Continuously optimize execution strategies and mitigate delays, cost overruns, and quality risks.
5. Identify risks specific to overseas projects, including regulatory changes, exchange-rate fluctuations, international compliance, cross-cultural communication, and on-site safety. Establish risk-control mechanisms and maintain the overseas project risk database.
6. Develop project schedules, assign team responsibilities, monitor implementation progress, and allocate internal and external resources to ensure efficient delivery.
7. Organize regular project meetings, review progress, identify challenges and risks, resolve bottlenecks, and report project status to management.
8. Manage overseas client communication throughout the project, including cross-cultural technical discussions, progress reporting, and commercial negotiations. Respond to client needs, maintain long-term relationships, and identify additional business opportunities.
9. Implement overseas project management policies and processes and support the sales team with milestone reconciliation and cross-border payment collection.
10. Support pre-sales technical activities for major overseas projects, independently prepare implementation and construction organization plans, and assist with reviews of international contracts and technical agreements.
11. Complete post-project cost accounting, documentation, and comprehensive reviews, capturing practical experience and improving standardized overseas project management processes.
Requirements:
1. At least five years of experience in smart manufacturing or automation, including independent leadership and delivery of at least two complete overseas automation projects.
2. Strong technical foundations in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, or information technology; proficiency in full-lifecycle project management; and familiarity with overseas construction standards, local compliance requirements, and basic international trade practices.
3. Excellent project coordination, cross-cultural communication, resource management, on-site problem-solving, presentation, and team management skills.
4. Ability to independently lead solution design, technical coordination, cost control, quality control, and multi-party collaboration for overseas projects.
5. Strong international commercial judgment and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs, review international contracts, and mitigate commercial and technical risks.
6. Proactive, responsible, collaborative, innovative, and willing to take ownership of complex overseas projects.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and accept overseas travel and on-site assignments.
8. PMP or ACP certification and an intermediate engineering title are preferred. Additional language skills and patents or published papers related to overseas projects are also preferred.
Work location: United States. English is required, and the overseas assignment is expected to last approximately 6–12 months.
岗位职责:
1、负责海外智能制造及自动化项目全生命周期管理,涵盖前期对接、方案规划、现场实施、验收交付、复盘归档等环节,保障项目高质量、合规落地。
2、熟悉海外属地政策法规、行业标准及施工规范,独立编制项目实施规划、施工方案、落地计划及应急预案,确保方案符合属地要求与交付标准。
3、统筹管理海外属地分包商及跨境供应商,联动国内外技术、施工和供应链团队,解决跨区域、跨语言协作及现场实施问题。
4、严格管控项目范围、施工进度、交付质量、项目成本及跨境物流,动态优化执行策略,规避延期、成本超支和质量隐患。
5、识别海外项目特有风险,包括属地政策变动、汇率波动、涉外合规、跨文化沟通及现场安全等,建立风险防控机制并持续完善海外项目风险数据库。
6、制定项目排期,合理分配团队任务,全程监控项目进度并调配内外部资源,保障项目高效推进。
7、定期组织项目会议,复盘进度、梳理难点、排查风险,协调解决项目卡点并向上级汇报项目情况。
8、负责海外客户全流程对接,开展跨文化技术沟通、进度汇报及商务洽谈,响应客户需求、维护长期客户关系并挖掘增量合作机会。
9、落实海外项目管理制度与流程,配合销售团队完成节点对账及跨境回款,实现项目资金闭环管理。
10、支持海外重点项目售前技术工作,独立编制项目实施及施工组织方案,协助审核涉外合同与技术协议,降低项目风险并支持签约落地。
11、负责项目竣工后的成本核算、资料归档及全面复盘,沉淀海外项目经验并优化标准化管理体系。
任职要求:
1、具备5年以上智能制造或自动化行业经验,拥有至少2个完整海外自动化项目的独立管理及落地交付经验。
2、具备机械、电气自动化或信息化技术基础,精通项目全流程管理,熟悉海外施工标准、属地合规要求及基础外贸业务规则。
3、具备优秀的项目统筹、跨文化沟通、资源协调、现场问题处理、方案汇报和团队管理能力。
4、能够独立主导海外项目方案设计、技术对接、成本管控、质量管控及多方协同。
5、具备涉外商务思维与谈判能力,能够识别客户核心需求、完成涉外合同评审并规避商务及技术风险。
6、工作积极主动,责任心强,具备团队精神、创新意识和问题优化能力,能够承接复杂海外项目。
7、能适应快节奏、高强度工作,接受海外出差及境外驻场安排。
8、持有PMP、ACP项目管理证书或工程中级职称者优先;具备小语种沟通能力,或拥有海外项目相关专利、论文成果者优先。
工作地点:美国。工作语言为英语,驻外时长约6至12个月。
