Pre-Sales Engineer (Autonomous Mobile Robots)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales support for AGV robots, shelf carriers, lean logistics improvement products, and related solutions.
2. Assist sales staff with pre-sales requirement research, prepare technical proposals and bid documents, present technical solutions, and deliver presentations.
3. Manage and maintain customer relationships through the company platform, and independently handle and resolve pre-sales and after-sales technical issues.
4. Think independently, solve problems, and work with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to mechanical or industrial automation, industrial engineering, or AGV logistics are preferred; the major requirement may be relaxed for outstanding candidates.
2. Familiarity with industrial automation and intelligent industrial products, including AGV robots, machine vision, and 3D SLAM laser navigation, as well as an understanding of overseas markets and industries.
3. Knowledge of enterprise systems such as MES, WMS, and EAP, along with warehouse logistics and flexible production logistics.
4. At least three years of relevant pre-sales or after-sales experience; candidates with outstanding capabilities are preferred.
5. Outgoing and responsive, with strong presentation, interpersonal, and foreign-language communication skills.
6. Product analysis and judgment capabilities for overseas markets, a strong customer-service mindset, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.

Work arrangement: Long-term assignment in the United States. Working language: English.

岗位职责：
1、负责AGV机器人、货架载具、精益物流改善等产品及解决方案的售前支持工作。
2、协助销售人员开展售前需求调研，撰写技术方案建议书和投标书，讲解技术方案并进行PPT汇报。
3、利用公司平台管理和维护客户关系，独立处理并解决售前及售后技术问题。
4、独立思考并解决问题，配合销售团队完成公司销售任务。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械或工业自动化、工业工程、AGV物流等相关专业优先；优秀者可放宽专业限制。
2、熟悉工业自动化及工业智能产品，包括AGV机器人、机器视觉、3D SLAM激光导航等，并了解海外市场及行业。
3、了解MES、WMS、EAP等企业系统，熟悉平面仓库物流、柔性生产物流等知识。
4、具有3年以上相关产品售前或售后行业工作经验，能力突出者优先。
5、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的外语沟通能力、交际技巧和亲和力。
6、具备一定的海外产品分析及判断能力、良好的客户服务意识和责任心，能够承受较大的工作压力。

工作安排：长期驻美国，工作语言为英语。
