About this task
Responsibilities:
1. Digital strategy planning and demand management
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the operating conditions of North American business functions, including sales, supply chain, after-sales service, and finance, and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
- Develop annual and quarterly digitalization plans for North America, prioritize initiatives, and report progress to management.
- Translate business pain points into clear digital requirements, lead the preparation of business requirements documents, and coordinate efficiently with the headquarters digital product team.
- Establish visual mechanisms for tracking requirements and project progress to keep headquarters and local teams aligned.
2. Digital project initiation and delivery management
- Lead North American digital projects from initiation through implementation and acceptance, coordinating local business teams, IT, headquarters, and other resources.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, identify and escalate risks effectively, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Establish a project ROI measurement framework covering efficiency improvements, cost savings, adoption rates, and other indicators, and regularly report value delivered to management.
- Continuously track post-launch adoption and results, promoting the transition from project delivery to sustained use.
3. Data capabilities and AI application adoption
- Work with IT and headquarters digital teams to optimize and integrate ERP, CRM, service, and other systems in North America.
- Advance foundational data governance in North America, improve data quality and availability, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and promote pilots and scaled adoption of AI tools such as intelligent customer service, demand forecasting, and marketing automation.
- Help business teams develop data-driven decision-making practices and promote the use of BI platforms and data analysis capabilities.
4. Collaboration with the headquarters digital team
- Accurately communicate local business requirements to headquarters product and IT teams and minimize information loss.
- Drive the local introduction, configuration, training, and ongoing operation of digital products developed by headquarters.
- Participate regularly in meetings with headquarters digital business partner and product teams, providing updates on North American progress and resource needs.
- Consolidate local experience to improve global process standards and products through two-way iteration.
5. Digital culture and organizational capabilities
- Design and implement digital training and enablement plans to improve the North American team's use of digital tools.
- Establish internal mechanisms for sharing digital best practices and encourage cross-functional reuse of experience.
- Develop data awareness and digital working habits within business teams and serve as an efficiency partner to the business.
Requirements:
1. More than ten years of relevant experience, preferably in a large consumer electronics, home appliance, or smart hardware company.
2. At least three years of experience in digital transformation or digital project management.
3. Local business experience in North America, especially the United States, with familiarity with local operating models.
4. Experience in one or more of the following areas: supply chain, after-sales service, financial processes, e-commerce, or channel digitalization.
5. Experience as a digital business partner, IT business partner, or digital product manager is preferred.
6. Ability to understand business operations, identify key pain points, and translate them into digital requirements.
7. Ability to understand PRDs and system logic and participate in user acceptance testing.
8. Proficiency with Excel and BI tools, with strong data interpretation and business insight capabilities.
9. Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects in a complex organization and drive implementation despite resistance.
10. Strong cross-cultural communication skills; experience coordinating between teams in China and the United States is preferred.
11. Fluency in Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in business settings.
- Experience building a digitalization system from zero to one.
- ERP or CRM implementation and optimization experience with systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience using Tableau, Power BI, FineReport, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing local teams in North America.
- Experience coordinating projects across China–US time zones.

- 主导北美数字化项目从立项到推进和验收,协调本地业务、IT及总部等多方资源。
- 管理多个并行项目,识别风险并有效升级处理,确保项目按时交付。
- 建立项目ROI量化体系,包括效率提升、成本节约、采用率等指标,定期向管理层汇报价值产出。
- 持续跟踪项目上线后的落地效果,推动项目从交付转向持续使用。
3、数据能力建设与AI应用推广
- 联动IT及总部数字化团队,推动ERP、CRM、Service等系统在北美的优化与整合。
- 推动北美区域数据治理基础建设,提升数据质量和可用性,支撑数据驱动决策。
- 识别并推动智能客服、需求预测、营销自动化等AI工具在北美的试点与规模化应用。
- 协助业务团队建立数据驱动的决策习惯,推广BI平台使用和数据分析能力。
4、总部数字化团队协同
- 将本地业务需求准确传递给总部产品及IT团队,减少信息损耗。
- 推动总部数字化产品在本地的导入、配置、培训和持续运营。
- 定期参与总部数字化BP及产品团队例会,同步北美进展与资源诉求。
- 积累本地化经验,反哺全球流程标准与产品优化,推动双向迭代。
5、数字化文化推广与组织能力建设
- 设计并推动数字化培训与赋能计划,提升北美团队使用数字工具的能力。
- 建立内部数字化最佳实践分享机制,推动跨部门经验复用。
- 培养业务团队的数据意识和数字化工作习惯,成为业务部门的效率伙伴。
任职要求:
1、具有10年以上相关经验,有大型消费电子、家电或智能硬件企业背景者优先。
2、具有至少3年数字化转型或数字化项目管理经验。
3、具有北美本地业务经验,尤其是美国业务经验,并熟悉当地运营模式。
4、具有供应链、售后服务、财务流程、电商或渠道数字化中一个或多个领域的经验。
5、有数字化BP、IT BP或数字化产品经理经验者优先。
6、能够深入理解业务运作,识别关键痛点并转化为数字化需求。
7、能够理解PRD及系统逻辑,并参与UAT验收。
8、熟练使用Excel和BI工具,具备数据解读与业务洞察能力。
9、能够在复杂组织中主导多个并行项目,并在面对阻力时持续推动落地。
10、具备跨文化沟通能力,有中美团队协同经验者优先。
11、中英文流利。
