Project Management / Technical Trainee

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the General Manager in managing assigned overseas factories and ensure project objectives are achieved.
2. Coordinate cross-functional resources, drive project progress, and control project risks.
3. Communicate and collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure efficient information flow.
4. Undertake development assignments in either the technical or management track according to the company’s strategic needs.
5. Adapt to an international working environment and comply with the company’s overseas assignment arrangements.

Requirements:
1. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in spoken English or Spanish.
3. Strong learning ability, technical understanding, and management potential.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and assume corresponding duties.
5. A mechanical or electrical engineering background is preferred.
6. Associate degree or above. Experience in import/export, management, or technical positions in a manufacturing company is required; overseas experience is preferred.

Assignment locations: United States and Mexico.
Assignment duration: 2 years.

派驻地点：美国、墨西哥。
派驻时长：2年。
