About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and implement overseas projects in the United States, Thailand, India, and Spain, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule.
2. Collaborate with domestic and international team members to improve project execution efficiency.
3. Continuously optimize overseas project delivery efficiency and reduce delivery costs through ongoing improvement.
4. Continuously optimize processes and the effectiveness of functional applications to realize the value of project implementation.
5. Maintain strong customer relationships and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience implementing and managing MES or MOM projects in the lithium battery industry. Candidates must be able to work on overseas project implementations and accept overseas business trips lasting 3–6 months.
2. Experience implementing multiple projects in the same industry, with strong communication skills and business understanding.
3. A strong sense of responsibility, goal orientation, teamwork, resilience, and learning ability.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate resources effectively.
5. Extensive teamwork experience and the ability to adapt quickly to different team environments.
6. A continuous-improvement mindset and the ability to learn and grow through project management work.
7. Bachelor’s degree or above. PMP or a similar certification, the ability to communicate in English, and overseas project delivery experience are preferred.
8. Under 40 years old.

Assignment locations: United States, Thailand, India, and Spain.
Overseas arrangement: Long-term assignment; individual project trips may last 3–6 months.

2. 具有同行业多个项目的实施经验，具备良好的沟通能力和业务理解能力。
3. 责任心强、目标导向，具备团队协作精神、坚韧性和学习能力。
4. 具备出色的沟通能力，能够有效协调各方资源。
5. 拥有丰富的团队合作经验，能够迅速适应不同团队环境。
6. 具备持续改进能力，能够在项目管理工作中不断学习和成长。
7. 本科及以上学历；持有PMP等相关资质认证、能够使用英语交流或具有海外项目交付经验者优先。
8. 年龄在40周岁以下。

派驻地点：美国、泰国、印度、西班牙。
驻外安排：长期驻外，单次项目出差可能为3至6个月。
