About this task

Responsibilities
1. Manage the full project lifecycle of automotive piping and energy-storage pipeline products, from project initiation through mass production. Develop project plans, monitor milestones, identify risks, and drive issue resolution.
2. Serve as the primary project contact for European customers, organize SOP milestone reviews and engineering change management, and regularly report project progress to the General Manager.
3. Coordinate production, engineering, quality, procurement, and other internal resources at the Morocco plant, while collaborating with the engineering team in China to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Ensure project deliverables comply with IATF 16949 and customer quality requirements. Control development costs through lean management and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
5. Assist in establishing standardized project management processes for the Morocco operation.

Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, materials, industrial engineering, management, or a related field.
2. At least three years of project management experience in the automotive components industry; experience with piping systems or plastic products is preferred.
3. Fluent spoken and written English for communication with European and American customers. Working proficiency in French for communication with local employees and government authorities; DELF B2 or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
4. Familiarity with IATF 16949 and APQP processes, with the ability to independently manage automotive component development projects. PMP certification is preferred.
5. Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural environment and a long-term overseas assignment, with strong communication, coordination, and stress-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Project management experience at an overseas automotive components plant.
2. Familiarity with European customer systems.
3. Experience with piping systems or automotive plastic products.

5. 协助建立摩洛哥公司项目管理标准化流程。

任职要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械、车辆、材料、工业工程、管理类或相关专业。
2. 具有3年以上汽车零部件行业项目管理经验，有管路或塑料制品行业经验者优先。
3. 英语听说读写流利，能够作为工作语言与欧美客户交流；法语具备工作交流能力，能够与当地员工及政府沟通，持有DELF B2或同等水平证书者优先。
4. 熟悉IATF 16949及APQP流程，能够独立管理汽车零部件开发项目，持有PMP证书者优先。
5. 能够适应跨文化工作环境及长期驻外，具备较强的沟通协调和抗压能力。
