IKEA IWAY Audit and Compliance Project Manager

Role Overview
Manage the entire IKEA IWAY factory audit process, including pre-audit preparation, on-site audit coordination, corrective-action closure, and ongoing compliance maintenance. Ensure that the factory passes the audit, obtains production approval, and establishes a long-term business relationship.

Responsibilities
1. Establish a cross-functional IWAY task force covering HSE, procurement, production, engineering, packaging, logistics, and other relevant functions, and define responsibilities for each area.
2. Conduct gap assessments and internal pre-audits against IWAY requirements. Resolve potential non-conformities in advance and ensure that all required documents are complete and key personnel are available.
3. Serve as the primary contact for IKEA auditors and coordinate site inspections, document reviews, employee interviews, and other audit activities. Obtain the written audit report promptly.
4. Prepare a written corrective action plan within two weeks after the audit, specifying actions, owners, and timelines.
5. Drive corrective actions such as ventilation system upgrades, HSE staffing, and layout adjustments. Coordinate budgets and resources until all findings are verified and closed and production approval is obtained.
6. Update the regulatory register every three months, organize internal audits every 12 months, and provide IWAY training to employees.
7. Communicate IWAY requirements to tier-one suppliers and monitor their implementation.
8. Coordinate resources across engineering, production, procurement, finance, and other departments, and regularly report risks and progress to management.

Requirements
1. Associate degree or above and at least three years of experience in manufacturing factory audits or social responsibility audits. Successful IKEA IWAY audit experience is preferred.
2. Familiarity with IWAY requirements and management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SA8000.
3. Strong project management, cross-functional coordination, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
4. Good English reading and writing skills and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Experience in furniture or home furnishings, FSC certification, or HSE management is preferred.

岗位职责

2. 对照IWAY标准开展差距评估与内部预审，提前整改潜在不符合项，确保审核文件齐全、关键人员在岗。
3. 作为宜家审核的主要对接人，协调现场巡查、文件审查、员工访谈等环节，并及时取得书面审核报告。
4. 审核后两周内制定书面整改计划，明确整改措施、责任人和时间表。
5. 推动通风系统升级、HSE专员配置、布局调整等整改工作，协调预算及相关资源，直至全部问题通过验收并关闭，取得生产批准。
6. 每三个月更新法规清单，每十二个月组织内部审核，并开展IWAY全员培训。
7. 向一级供应商传达IWAY要求并监督其执行。
8. 协调工程、生产、采购、财务等部门资源，定期向管理层汇报风险和进展。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，三年以上制造业验厂或社会责任审核经验；有宜家IWAY成功案例者优先。
2. 熟悉IWAY标准以及ISO 9001、ISO 14001、SA8000等管理体系。
3. 具备较强的项目管理、跨部门协调、沟通谈判和推动执行能力。
4. 英语读写良好，能够承受工作压力。
5. 具有家具或家居行业、FSC认证或HSE管理经验者优先。
