Employment: Full-time, long-term overseas assignment

Responsibilities
1. Take full responsibility for the planning, design, construction, and operational preparation of the Dondo Dry Port project.
2. Organize the master planning and functional layout design of the logistics park.
3. Coordinate the development of a multimodal transport system connecting railways, roads, and ports.
4. Advance the construction of the bonded logistics zone, warehousing center, container yard, and supporting facilities.
5. Liaise with customs, tax authorities, railway companies, and logistics enterprises.
6. Manage project investment, schedule, and risks.
7. Organize project tendering and procurement and manage contract performance.
8. Establish investment attraction and operational-preparation mechanisms to support future operations.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in logistics engineering, transportation, port engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least eight years of experience in the construction of logistics parks, dry ports, or major integrated logistics centers. Experience with Belt and Road logistics park projects is preferred.
3. Familiarity with railway, road, and port multimodal transport systems.
4. Familiarity with the construction requirements of bonded logistics and customs-controlled zones.
5. Familiarity with the planning and design of large logistics parks.
6. Familiarity with international engineering contract management is preferred.
7. Ability to use English as a working language; Portuguese is preferred.
8. Investment attraction or operational experience is preferred.

岗位职责

2. 组织物流园区总体规划及功能布局设计。
3. 协调铁路、公路及港口之间的多式联运体系建设。
4. 推动保税物流区、仓储中心、集装箱堆场及配套设施建设。
5. 对接海关、税务、铁路公司及物流企业。
6. 负责项目投资控制、进度管理及风险控制。
7. 组织项目招标采购及合同履约管理。
8. 建立招商及运营准备机制，为项目后期运营奠定基础。
任职要求
1. 物流工程、交通运输、港口工程、土木工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 八年以上物流园区、干港或大型综合物流中心建设经验；参与过“一带一路”物流园区建设者优先。
3. 熟悉铁路、公路及港口多式联运体系。
4. 熟悉保税物流及海关监管区建设要求。
5. 熟悉大型物流园区规划设计。
6. 熟悉国际工程合同管理者优先。
7. 英语可作为工作语言，掌握葡萄牙语者优先。
8. 具有招商运营经验者优先。
