Project Manager (Spanish-Speaking)

Work location: Mexico

Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full lifecycle of industrial transfer projects for the Mexico factory, covering initiation, execution, implementation, and closure to ensure delivery according to plan.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources and manage procurement communication and supplier collaboration.
3. Engage closely with overseas clients, follow project progress, control key milestones, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction.
4. Coordinate across departments and business partners and resolve bottlenecks, conflicts, and exceptions during project execution.
5. Handle Spanish-language communication for international business, including oral interpretation, business email writing, and preparation of business documents.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; management, mechanical engineering, or a related major is preferred.
2. Able to be stationed in Mexico on a long-term basis.
3. Experience in industrial transfer or industrial and trade projects is preferred.
4. Fluent spoken Spanish with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations and everyday workplace communication.
5. Able to write business emails, proposals, and professional documents in Spanish; familiarity with Mexican culture is preferred.
6. Project management experience involving industrial transfer is preferred, as is experience preparing production or business plans.
7. Strong communication, coordination, project execution, and problem-solving skills, with clear logic and strong execution ability.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, project records, and schedules concurrently.

岗位职责：
1、负责墨西哥工厂转产业务的全周期项目管理，覆盖启动、推进、落地及闭环，确保项目按计划交付。
2、对接内外部资源，负责采购沟通及供应商协同工作。
3、深入对接海外客户需求，跟进项目进度并管控关键节点，确保交付质量与客户满意度。
4、负责跨部门及跨合作方沟通协调，解决项目推进过程中的卡点、冲突和异常问题。
5、承担涉外业务的西班牙语沟通工作，包括口语翻译、商务邮件撰写及业务文档编制。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，管理、机械或相关专业优先。
2、能够长期驻墨西哥工作。
3、具备产业转型或工贸类项目经验者优先。
4、西班牙语口语流利，能够独立完成商务谈判及日常工作沟通。
5、能够熟练撰写西班牙语邮件、方案及专业文档，了解墨西哥当地文化者优先。
6、具备转产业务项目管理经验者优先，有生产或业务计划编排经验者优先。
7、具备出色的沟通协调、统筹推进和问题解决能力，逻辑清晰、执行力强。
8、责任心强、抗压能力好，能够并行管理多项任务，并具备项目台账和进度管控意识。
