About this task

Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee departmental management and lead the team in managing the full lifecycle of optical module projects, including project initiation, R&D, and mass production, while continuously improving the project management system.
2. Develop plans for key projects, coordinate project resources, assign development personnel, set schedule requirements, monitor project execution and changes, and control schedule, quality, and cost to ensure compliance with the company’s quality system and processes.
3. Coordinate relationships with internal and external customers during project development, and identify and resolve project issues and risks.
4. Organize reviews and evaluations at each project stage, manage project risks, and ensure successful delivery.
5. Participate extensively in the development and review of technical solutions for optical module products, providing technical decision-making support to the R&D team based on project experience.
6. Lead capability-building initiatives for the project management team and continuously improve the team’s overall project delivery capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors related to computer networks, communications, or electronic technology are preferred.
2. Familiarity with optical module product development and production processes, with at least 8 years of relevant industry experience and at least 3 years of team management experience.
3. Extensive project management knowledge and experience, with the ability to independently oversee the entire new-product development process for large projects.
4. Rigorous, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, is preferred.
Work location: Mexico. Long-term overseas assignment. Working language: English.

岗位职责：
1、统筹部门管理各项事宜，带领团队完成光模块产品各项目立项、研发、量产等项目全过程管理工作，持续完善项目管理体系；
2、负责制定重点项目的开发计划，协调项目资源，落实开发人员和进度要求，监控项目实施和变更，控制项目进度、质量和成本，确保项目开发过程符合公司质量体系和流程要求；
3、协调项目开发过程中的内部及外部客户关系，识别并解决项目开发过程中存在的问题和风险；
4、组织项目各阶段评审及评估，管理项目风险，完成项目交付；
5、深度参与光模块产品技术方案的制定与评审，结合项目经验为研发团队提供技术决策支持；
6、带领项目管理团队开展能力建设，持续提升团队整体项目交付能力。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机网络、通信类、电子技术类相关专业优先；
2、熟悉光模块产品的开发、生产流程，有8年以上相关行业工作背景及3年以上团队管理经验；
3、具备丰富的项目管理知识和经验，能够独立统筹大型项目的新产品开发全过程；
4、严谨细心、责任心强，具备良好的团队协作、沟通和组织能力；
5、英文流利、听说读写俱佳者优先。
工作地点：墨西哥。长期驻外，工作语言为英语。
