Wastewater Construction Project Manager

Work location: Mozambique, Africa

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate construction site management.
2. Receive correspondence and documents from the supervising engineer and client, break down their requirements, implement them, and submit responses.
3. Chair monthly progress meetings and weekly technical meetings with the supervising engineer, communicate decisions to the project team, and ensure implementation.
4. Manage the project schedule, quality, and costs; maintain construction logs covering labor, material consumption, and equipment usage; and promptly report relevant issues.
5. Work with technical personnel on design changes, negotiations, and approvals, and assist cost personnel with onsite measurement.
6. Liaise and communicate with the supervising engineer, attend project meetings, and manage project variations or additional work.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, water supply and drainage, environmental engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of experience with wastewater treatment plants and water supply or wastewater pipeline networks.
3. Experience as a project manager or deputy project manager leading and executing at least two water supply or wastewater projects funded by institutions such as the World Bank, European banks, or African banks.
4. Familiarity with FIDIC terms and project requirements.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Project for preparing project schedules.
6. English proficiency sufficient for meetings and workplace communication.
7. Strong willingness and ability to work stably overseas for at least two years.

Compensation and benefits:
1. Annual compensation of at least CNY 400,000 plus a performance bonus.

4. Security personnel are provided for the office and accommodation facilities.
5. One month of paid home leave is provided after each full year of overseas service.

岗位职责：
1、负责施工现场的统筹管理工作。
2、接收监理及业主的邮件、信函和文件，分解并落实相关要求，完成回复与提交。
3、主持与监理的月度进度会议和周技术会议，向项目团队传达会议要求并推动落实。
4、负责工程工期、质量和成本管理，落实并维护施工日志，记录人工、材料消耗及机械使用情况，及时反馈相关问题。
5、配合技术人员完成洽商变更和签证，配合预算人员完成施工现场计量工作。
6、负责与监理对接沟通，参与项目例会，处理项目变更或追加工作。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，土木工程、机电工程、给排水、环境工程或相关专业。
2、具备10年以上相关经验，其中至少5年污水处理厂、给水或污水管网项目经验。
3、曾以项目经理或副经理身份带领并执行至少2个由世界银行、欧洲银行或非洲银行等机构资助的给水或污水项目。
4、熟悉FIDIC条款及其项目要求。
5、熟练使用Microsoft Project编制进度计划。
6、英语可作为工作语言，能够进行会议及日常工作沟通。
7、有强烈且明确的长期驻外意愿，能够在国外稳定工作至少2年。

薪资福利：
1、年薪40万元以上，另有绩效奖金。
