Localization Project Coordinator (2년 이상 / 계약직)

Working closely with the team to ensure materials are produced to a high standard and on time
Collaborating with internal stakeholders (game teams, QA, marketing) to align on localization requirements and schedules
Coordinating day-to-day vendor operations, including task assignment, communication, delivery, and flagging quality issues for escalation as needed
Providing guidelines, reference materials, training, and support for partners (vendors, translators, regional offices)
Operating and monitoring AI-assisted translation pipelines, including request management and quality oversight
Analyzing workflow pain points and recommending practical solutions, including AI-driven improvements
Supporting hands-on translation and review tasks as needed

2+ years of experience in localization with project coordination responsibilities, or equivalent project management experience
Knowledge of the localization process and CAT tools
A passion for video games and the art of localization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
Openness to working with AI-assisted translation workflows and emerging localization technologies
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail

Hands-on experience in game localization as a localization specialist or translator
Experience managing AI-assisted translation tools or MTPE workflows
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and translation management systems (TMS)
Experience coordinating simultaneous multi-language releases or global launches
Proficiency in another language in addition to Korean and English
