Video Colorist

About this task

We are searching for a Colorist that can provide high quality, consistent, expertly color graded content for our cinematic viral videos! . Work in a fast-paced production environment where occasional evening or weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Use DaVinci Resolve to perform high-quality color correction and grading that enhances film quality.
- Apply creative color grading that supports the production team's vision and follows brand guidelines.
- Match shots and create a consistent cinematic look.
- Propose creative solutions and collaborate closely with the production team.
- Ensure all final files are complete, properly organized, and ready for delivery.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience editing and coloring short-form video content with a narrative structure.
- Advanced experience in color correction and grading with DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality color correction and grading ability.
- In-depth knowledge of color theory and strong technical understanding.
- Experience grading raw footage without relying on lookup tables.
- Expert understanding of color and narrative styles, with the ability to enhance suspense, emotion, and entertainment value with limited direction.
