QA Director

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Lead all Quality Assurance activities and projects associated with the Dallas-area delivery center.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, metrics, tools, and technologies.
- Understand client requirements and guide teams to meet or exceed quality and satisfaction expectations.
- Establish processes and measurements for validating service quality and client satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback, respond to concerns, and resolve service issues promptly.
- Drive knowledge transfer and clear communication across internal and external teams.
- Identify project risks and establish appropriate mitigation plans.
- Work with QA Managers, Project Managers, and Test Leads to ensure projects are properly established and executed.
- Communicate risks, issues, concerns, and successes to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- At least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive Quality Assurance leadership experience, including oversight of multiple projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of video game technology and the gaming industry.
- Strategic decision-making ability and awareness of QA market, tool, and technology trends.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical expertise and a consistent focus on delivery efficiency and quality.
