Lotcheck Translation and Interpretation Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Translate Lotcheck documentation, reports, correspondence, and other business materials between Japanese and English.
- Provide interpretation during video conferences, in-person meetings, workshops, and occasional business trips.
- Facilitate communication between Japanese- and English-speaking stakeholders while preserving meaning, tone, terminology, and context.
- Resolve language-related queries and support international collaboration.
- Maintain glossaries, terminology databases, style guides, and translation memories.
- Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and quality of translated and interpreted content.
- Support communication related to the testing and evaluation of game applications.

Requirements:
- A degree in translation, interpreting, linguistics, Japanese studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Native-level Japanese and excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent reading, writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- A meticulous, logical, proactive, and culturally aware working style.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
