About this task
Responsibilities:
- Support the UX, UI, and localization teams in developing a new game intellectual property.
- Partner with UX, UI, and production leadership to define roadmaps, deliverables, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, game design, localization, and quality assurance teams across player-facing interfaces.
- Track interface development from wireframes and prototypes through final implementation and bug fixing.
- Manage workload distribution and resource planning across UX designers, UI artists, and technical UI engineers.
- Facilitate review cycles and usability feedback focused on player flow, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and readability.
- Identify and mitigate technical, localization, and cross-platform risks.
- Manage UX/UI bug triage and prioritize critical navigation and usability issues.
Requirements:
- Experience managing UX/UI or related game-development production pipelines.
- Strong planning, organization, scheduling, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
- Ability to align creative goals, technical implementation, accessibility standards, and project milestones.
