About this task

Responsibilities:
- Play video games and verify the accuracy and quality of in-game Japanese text.
- Identify grammatical errors, unnatural expressions, and other localization issues, then report them clearly in the bug-tracking system.
- Retest corrected content to confirm that reported issues have been properly resolved.
- Provide feedback to improve game quality and the user experience.

Requirements:
- Excellent Japanese proficiency, particularly in grammar and kanji.
- Deep understanding of Japanese cultural and linguistic nuances.
- Basic PC skills, including Word and Excel.
- Must reside in Tokyo and be available for in-office work.
- Must be comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- English communication ability, game-testing or gaming-industry experience, and familiarity with bug-tracking tools are preferred.

Employment and benefits:
- Depending on the project, employment may be a short-term project-based contract or a one-month full-time fixed-term contract.
- Work is generally Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break; some projects may offer flexible hours.
- Hourly pay starts at ¥1,300, with potential for a higher rate depending on experience and skills.
- Commuting expenses covered up to ¥30,000.
- Casual dress and internal team-building events.
