Audio Editor - Thai Native

About this task

Position details:
- Part-time, remote position.

Responsibilities:
- Sync recorded vocals with mouth movements in video.
- Handle audio recording, editing, mixing and finishing.
- Clean raw audio files by removing noise, glitches, inconsistencies and mistakes.
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Help maintain the sound, tone and style of shows, with close attention to audio quality and dynamics.
- Use templates where possible to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a tracking system for recordings and deliver finished recordings on time.

Requirements:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience, including audio post-production; experience editing audiobooks and podcasts is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency with music and video editing software and technical skills in mixing, scoring and editing.
- Portfolio of previous work.
- Attention to detail, creative thinking, an ear for musical tones and the ability to identify notes and melodies.
- Ability to balance audio and visuals, prioritize multiple projects and work quickly to deadlines.
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
- Windows 10/11 with a 64-bit Intel Core processor (i3 2 GHz or faster recommended), or macOS 10.15 Catalina or later with an M1, M2 or Intel dual-core i5 or faster processor; at least 8 GB RAM, 2 GB graphics support, dual monitors and fast internet.
