Audio Editor - Native Spanish (Spain)

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Sync recorded vocals with mouth movements in video.
- Record, edit, mix and finish audio; clean raw files to remove noise, glitches, inconsistencies and mistakes.
- Work with the production team to meet deadlines and help maintain the sound, tone and style of shows.
- Monitor and improve sound quality and dynamics.
- Use templates where possible to improve efficiency, and maintain a tracking system so finished recordings are delivered on time.
- Manage multiple projects at different stages of completion.

Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker from Spain.
- At least four years of audio-editing experience, including audiobooks and podcasts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Recording Arts or a related field.
- Proficiency with music and video editing software; skills in mixing, scoring and editing.
- Portfolio of previous work; attention to detail, creativity, organizational ability, and communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify notes and melodies, judge musical tones, and balance audio with visuals. Prior music-editing experience is preferred.

Equipment and connectivity:
- Windows 10/11 with a 64-bit Intel Core processor (i3 2 GHz or faster recommended), or macOS 10.15 Catalina or later with an M2, M1 or Intel dual-core i5 or faster processor.
- At least 8 GB RAM, 2 GB graphics support, dual monitors and fast internet.
