Freelance Legal Translator — English into Galician and Spanish (Spain)

Location and employment: 100% remote; freelance.

Responsibilities:
- Translate legal content for local audiences, adapting it to relevant cultural contexts.
- Collaborate with internal and linguistic teams to maintain high-quality output across platforms.
- Research cultural nuances to ensure translations are accurate and locally relevant.
- Review marketing projects and provide feedback.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics or a related field.
- At least three years of translation experience, preferably in a legal context.
- Fluency in English and Galician, with exceptional writing skills in the target language; the stated language pair also includes Spanish (Spain).
- Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to adapt tone and style to brand guidelines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, creativity and attention to detail.
