About the role
- Record natural, conversational British English voice samples for a project involving AI voice cloning and text-to-speech training.
- Deliver clear, easy-to-follow speech at a consistent, moderate pace, retaining natural pauses, disfluencies and word emphasis.
- Convey a friendly, empathetic, patient, confident and approachable tone.
- Follow technical recording requirements, including volume levels, file naming, formats, gaps between segments and audio quality. Meet project delivery deadlines.

Requirements
- Native speaker of British English with a mature-sounding female voice (approximately 35–55 years old).
- Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting or streaming; able to provide demos or voiceover samples.
- Access to a high-quality home recording setup with recording software, a microphone, headphones or speakers, an audio interface, a professional digital audio workstation and a quiet, treated space.
- Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and licensing your voice for AI voice cloning or text-to-speech training. A project-specific test may be required.

Working arrangement
- Independent-contractor, project-based remote work with flexible hours and no fixed schedule.
