Translation & Localization Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multilingual content requests from intake through delivery, tracking requirements, timelines and quality expectations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external language vendors; support vendor quotes, cost tracking and production schedules.
- Maintain localization workflows, documentation and handoff standards.
- Prepare and organize translation keys and string files for platform emails and CRM communications. Check that formatting, placeholders and variables are preserved before integration.
- Maintain glossaries and terminology resources. Check localized content for linguistic accuracy, formatting, terminology consistency, regional appropriateness and brand tone.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in translation coordination, localization project management or a related field.
- Practical experience with translation management tools, terminology resources and localization quality assurance.
- High proficiency in English; fluency or native-level knowledge of French or another major language is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
