About this task

Position: Freelance Korean-to-Thai Game Translator and Proofreader (Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Translate and proofread games from Korean into Thai, from indie projects to AAA titles, to support a natural experience for Thai players.
- Follow instructions for tags and character limits, maintain accurate gaming terminology, and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
- Native-level Thai, with strong Korean and English skills.
- At least two years of game localization experience and expertise in Korean-to-Thai proofreading.
- Familiarity with Adventure, Strategy and Fantasy games and their terminology; proficiency with CAT tools.
- Excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet one of the following: a relevant translation or language degree with substantial translation training; two years of translation experience and a college degree; five years of translation experience without a degree; or a translation certification from an appropriate government body.
- Complete a translation test and sign a confidentiality agreement.
