Hebrew into English Translator

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Translate and proofread documents from Hebrew into English, prioritizing assignments according to production needs and subject-matter expertise.
- Follow project instructions, reference materials, translation memories, glossaries, style guides, and internal and client processes.
- Apply quality standards, meet quality and efficiency targets, and complete required training in subject matter, technology, production processes, and quality assurance.
- Use company resources and tools, including Confluence and Launchpad, as needed. Work under the supervision of a team lead or senior colleague.

Requirements:
- Native-level English proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
- Cultural knowledge of both Hebrew and English, with the flexibility to handle changing priorities and multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and/or a translation certificate.
- Successful completion of the required internal linguistic testing.
- Experience translating, proofreading, or copywriting life sciences content is a plus.
