About the Role
An entry-level visual quality control role reviewing sketch-based video assets before final production. Ensure that scenes, characters, and visual elements match the audio, script, and storytelling mood. No prior formal experience is required; training and guidelines are provided.
Responsibilities
- Review sketch-based video episodes to ensure visuals match the script, voiceover/audio, and scene descriptions.
- Identify continuity errors, character design mismatches, missing elements, and pacing issues between audio and images.
- Record clear feedback referencing specific timestamps or frames so artists and editors know what to adjust.
- Maintain daily QC status trackers and checklists, including review statuses and approvals.
- Collaborate with the production team to deliver high-quality content on time.
Requirements
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to notice visual errors, continuity breaks, and audiovisual misalignments.
- A creative eye and genuine interest in visual storytelling, animation, comics, digital video, or content creation.
- Clear written communication: describe visual errors simply, objectively, and politely.
- Strong organization and focus when reviewing multiple video segments and maintaining spreadsheets or trackers.
- Willingness to learn production workflows and respond positively to feedback.
- No previous experience required; fresh graduates, career transitioners, and self-starters are welcome.
Preferred Skills
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of video editing or digital illustration concepts.
- Fluency or working proficiency in English.

- Compensation for this project is task-based, per approved review. Total earnings depend on daily pace and output.
