Position Overview
Perform quality control checks on localized audiovisual marketing content, including trailers, TV spots and other campaign assets. Review localized graphics and final deliverables to ensure that they match approved references, meet technical requirements and are free from visual or technical errors.
Employment and Location
- Full-time, permanent position.
- On-site in Madrid.
- Night shift: 22:00–07:00.
Responsibilities
- Review localized graphics for accuracy, consistency and visual quality, including typography, layout, positioning, animation and legibility.
- Check localized text, title treatments and release messaging against approved reference materials and project instructions.
- Identify visual and technical issues, including rendering errors, missing elements, incorrect framing and subtitles overlapping graphics.
- Where applicable, check subtitle placement and timing, audio presence and synchronization, and the use of the correct language versions.
- Verify that deliverables meet the required specifications, including resolution, aspect ratio, frame rate, duration and file naming.
- Check delivery lists to identify missing, duplicated or incorrect versions.
- Record QC findings clearly, using timecodes and screenshots where appropriate to help production teams resolve issues efficiently.
- Review corrected assets to confirm that reported issues have been resolved.
- Prioritize assigned work, keep review records up to date and flag issues that could affect delivery deadlines.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle errors and inconsistencies across multiple assets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage workload independently and maintain focus during repetitive review tasks.
- A basic understanding of audiovisual post-production and QC workflows, including delivery specifications, subtitle placement and audio synchronization.
- Ability to follow briefs, approved references, technical specifications and QC checklists accurately.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to describe issues precisely and provide actionable feedback.
- Familiarity with subtitling and dubbing workflows would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in audiovisual QC, graphics localization or post-production would be an advantage.
- English proficiency sufficient to understand briefs, technical instructions and project feedback.
