Position Overview
Work as part of the Campaign Services team executing marketing online launches. Partner with clients, operational and production teams, and other partners to plan, prepare and deliver large-scale online launches. Coordinate with global colleagues to ensure localized marketing assets are delivered on time. Work closely with mastering, localization, scripting operations and production teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions.
- Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion, working with global teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage client deadlines and expectations with internal teams to meet tight turnarounds and service-level agreements.
- Make informed decisions and recommendations based on localization industry best practices.
- Keep campaign, project and long-term trackers updated on an ongoing basis.
- Make independent decisions under pressure and in potentially ambiguous situations to meet aggressive deadlines; escalate and seek guidance as necessary.
- Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in localization or marketing, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment or gaming industries.
- Hands-on experience with project setup, assignment and tracking for large projects, delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal and external partners, managers and peers across different regions.
- Ability to manage time and multiple projects or tasks effectively, prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with social media management, campaign scheduling tools and back-end platform creator suites, including YouTube Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager.
