Quality Project Manager (QPM)

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.
2. Lead the NPI team and manage quality during the new product introduction stage, including quality verification, quality development and design, project scheduling, and allocation and follow-up of team tasks.
3. Manage project quality during mass production, including product quality data analysis, quality control, resolution of quality issues, and quality improvement.
4. Communicate with customers on quality matters. Serve as the customer contact during new-project NPI development and the PM stage, accurately communicate customer requirements to relevant internal departments, and effectively complete customer-assigned tasks and reports. Coordinate internal departments in responding to customer MQE requirements and consolidate relevant reports in English.
5. Handle customer complaints and communicate about quality issues. Coordinate quality work within the department and collaboration with other departments, lead quality review meetings, prepare 8D improvement reports, and follow up on product quality and corrective measures.
6. Establish quality-related inspection standards and documents, including drawing issue lists, SPC summary lists, MTD, SIP, Q-Plan, and GRR documentation.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline; a materials-related major is preferred. Proficiency in English sufficient to use it as a working language is required.
2. More than five years of quality-related work experience, including more than three years of quality management experience and experience independently completing projects. Quality management experience in the 3C industry is preferred.
3. Knowledge of quality tools, such as the seven basic QC tools and the five core quality management tools. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems, as well as factory 6S management. Knowledge of quality inspection equipment and measurement tools.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, a high sense of responsibility, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.

岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品全制程品质管控。
2、负责主导NPI团队，进行新项目NPI阶段质量管控工作，包括新产品导入的品质验证、品质开发设计、项目进度管控、团队工作任务分派与跟进。
3、负责产品量产阶段项目质量管控工作，包括产品质量数据分析、质量控制、处理品质异常及品质改善。
4、负责与客户进行品质沟通。负责新项目NPI开发、PM阶段的客户联络，将客户要求准确地传达给公司内部相关部门，有效完成客户交办的事项、报告等，协调公司内部相关部门应对客户MQE需求，并汇整相关报告成英文版本给客户。
5、负责处理客户投诉，进行品质异常沟通。协调本部门品质工作及其他部门衔接，主导品质会议检讨、8D改善报告，以及产品品质状况跟进等解决措施。
6、负责制定各种与品质相关的检验标准与文件，包括图纸问题清单汇总、SPC summary list、MTD制作、SIP制作、Q-Plan制作、GRR等。

岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，理工科专业，材料相关专业优先；英语熟练，可作为工作语言。
2、5年以上品质工作经验，有3年以上品质管理及独立完成项目经验；有3C行业质量管理经验者优先。
3、了解各种品质工具，如QC七大手法、品质管理五大工具等。熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949等质量管理体系及工厂6S管理。了解质量检验相关器具及测量工具。
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、高度的责任感、较强的分析及解决问题的能力，抗压能力强。
