About this task

Requirements:
1. Be aged 30–55, be in good health, be able to adapt to demanding working conditions at an overseas mining site, and be able to provide a certificate of no criminal record.
2. Have practical experience in comprehensive on-site management of mining or engineering projects, understand overall site operations, and be familiar with end-to-end production, safety, and logistics management. Previous experience on overseas mining or engineering projects is preferred.
3. Demonstrate strong overall professional competence, the ability to handle on-site emergencies appropriately, and excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
4. Have basic safety management knowledge, understand on-site safe operating procedures, and have experience managing a work crew or department.
5. Previous overseas project experience and knowledge of local languages such as Russian or Kazakh are preferred, but are not mandatory.
6. Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to execute tasks effectively, and comply with the project's unified management arrangements.

4. 掌握基础安全管理知识，熟悉现场安全作业规范，拥有班组或部门管理工作经历。
5. 有海外项目从业经验优先，掌握俄语、哈萨克语等当地语言优先，不作为硬性条件。
6. 工作责任心强，执行力高，服从项目统一管理。
