Production Management Trainee

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day production at the overseas production base and ensure production targets are met.
2. Optimize production processes to improve productivity.
3. Manage a production team of more than 50 employees and achieve 100% employee training coverage.
4. Implement the EHS management system and maintain a zero safety incident rate.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. A major in Vietnamese and the ability to collaborate across multinational teams.
3. Willingness to accept a long-term overseas assignment; work experience in Southeast Asia is preferred.
4. Initial training will take place in China, with overseas deployment arranged according to actual circumstances.

岗位职责：
1. 负责海外生产基地日常生产管理，确保产能达成。
2. 优化生产流程，提高生产率。
3. 管理50人以上生产团队，员工培训覆盖率100%。
4. 执行EHS管理体系，安全事故率为0。
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历。
2. 越南语专业，具备跨国团队协作能力。
3. 适应长期海外派驻，有东南亚工作经历优先。
4. 此岗位先在国内学习，根据实际情况再外派。
