Mining Project Manager

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee production and operations for the project team, ensuring production plans are implemented and targets are achieved. Establish and improve production coordination systems, optimize workflows, and increase efficiency.
2. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans based on market demand and company strategy, supervise implementation, and allocate personnel, equipment, spare parts, and other production resources.
3. Manage production quality to meet applicable standards and customer requirements. Establish a sound production safety management system, organize inspections, and promptly identify and eliminate hazards.
4. Analyze production costs, implement cost-control measures, and promote process improvements and technological innovation to improve efficiency.
5. Organize and manage the service team, including Chinese maintenance personnel, coordinators, supervisors, and safety personnel. Manage staffing, personnel costs, training, and performance assessments. Build a technically capable, stable team that makes effective use of individual strengths and solves problems efficiently.
6. Develop and train the production team, improve professional competence, and identify and cultivate production management talent for long-term development.
7. Maintain close communication with other departments to resolve production issues. Build effective relationships with external suppliers and customers to maintain a stable, efficient supply chain.
8. Participate in planning, organizing, and executing large-scale earthwork and overburden stripping projects, ensuring completion on schedule and to the required quality and quantity.
9. Monitor and analyze operational data, including target completion volumes, vehicle deployment and attendance rates, and equipment issue resolution times. Recommend improvements to maximize vehicle availability, reduce breakdowns, and improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above; qualifications in mining, exploration, surveying, geological engineering, civil engineering, or project engineering management are preferred. Ability to use English as a working language is preferred. Age: 30–55.
2. More than 10 years of experience in earthwork stripping or a related industry, including at least 5 years in production management. Familiarity with construction processes, technical standards, and management practices for earthwork stripping projects is required. Overseas work experience is preferred.
3. Strong professional knowledge and technical capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex technical problems. Familiarity with production operations, quality control, and safety management.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills; data analysis and problem-solving abilities; team management and training skills; ability to work under significant pressure and respond to emergencies; an innovative mindset and commitment to teamwork.
5. Strong professional ethics, teamwork, accountability, and resilience, with the ability to cooperate across departments and make calm, sound decisions under pressure.
6. Familiarity with mining production planning and safety management, and knowledge of surveying, mapping, and engineering quantity calculations.
7. Relevant professional certifications, such as registered civil engineer, senior engineer, or safety engineer, are preferred. Familiarity with applicable national, industry, and local laws, regulations, standards, and specifications.

1. 全面负责项目部生产运营管理，确保生产计划顺利执行和生产任务完成；组织建立和完善生产指挥系统，优化生产流程，提高生产效率。
2. 根据市场需求和公司战略制定年度、季度、月度生产计划并监督执行；调度和分配人员、设备、配件等生产资源，确保生产活动顺利进行。
3. 负责生产质量控制，确保产品符合相关标准和客户要求；建立健全安全生产管理体系，组织安全检查，及时发现并消除隐患。
4. 分析生产成本，制定成本控制措施；推动生产工艺改进和技术创新，提高生产效率。
5. 组织和管理服务团队，对中方机修、Coordinator、Supervisor、Safety等人员进行管理，负责人员编制、人员成本管控、培训和绩效考核；建设专业、稳定的技术团队，发挥成员特长，有效解决问题。
6. 负责生产团队建设和培训，提高团队整体素质和业务水平；培养和选拔优秀生产管理人才，为长远发展储备人才。
7. 与其他部门保持密切沟通，协调解决生产问题；与外部供应商、客户建立良好关系，保障供应链稳定顺畅。
8. 参与大型土石方剥离项目的策划、组织和执行，确保项目按时、按质、按量完成。
9. 监控和分析运营数据，包括工作目标完成量、车辆上岗出勤率、设备问题解决时间等；根据分析提出改进措施，提高车辆完好率、降低故障率，提升运营业绩和客户满意度。

任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，采矿、勘探、测绘测量、地质工程、土木工程、项目工程管理相关专业优先；英语可作为工作语言者优先；年龄30–55岁。
2. 具有10年以上土石方剥离或相关行业工作经验，其中至少5年以上生产管理岗位经验；熟悉土石方剥离项目施工流程、技术标准和管理规范；有海外工作经历者优先。
3. 具备扎实的专业知识和技术能力，能够解决复杂技术难题；熟悉生产运营管理、质量控制、安全管理等知识。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、数据分析和问题解决能力、团队管理和培训能力；能够承受较强工作压力并应急处理问题；具备创新意识和团队合作精神。
5. 具备良好的职业操守、团队合作精神、责任心和抗压能力；能与其他部门密切合作，在压力下保持冷静并作出正确决策。
6. 熟悉矿山采矿生产计划和安全管理，懂测量、测绘、工程量核算等。
7. 持有注册土木工程师、高级工程师、安全工程师等相关职业资格证书者优先；熟悉国家、行业和地方相关法律法规、标准和规范。
