Construction Cost and Contracts Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Handle cost accounting and cost control for international projects in accordance with international construction cost standards.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts to mitigate contractual risks.
3. Collect and organize international construction cost information, analyze cost trends, and recommend improvements.
4. Coordinate cost-related matters involving international cooperation and support project team communication and coordination.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in cost management, contract management, engineering management, or a related discipline; international construction project experience is preferred.
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills sufficient to perform cost and contract-related work.
3. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, communication, and coordination skills, with a meticulous approach to work.
4. Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are preferred; ability to adapt to the project's pace of work.

岗位职责：
1、负责国际项目成本核算、成本控制，遵循国际工程成本规范。
2、负责合约起草、审核、谈判及管理，规避合约风险。
3、收集整理国际工程成本资料，分析成本动态，提出优化建议。
4、对接国际合作相关成本事宜，配合项目组完成沟通协调。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，成本、合约、工程管理相关专业，有国际工程经验优先。
2、英语听说读写良好，可开展成本合约相关工作。
3、逻辑思维、数据分析、沟通协调能力强，工作严谨。
4、有相关专业资质或证书者优先，能适应项目节奏。
