Construction Planning and Design Specialist

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Handle project planning, conceptual design, and construction drawing design in accordance with international construction standards.
2. Liaise with design firms, communicate design requirements, review drawings, and recommend improvements.
3. Collect and organize international construction standards and improve design processes and standards.
4. Coordinate with site management and cost and contract teams to align design with construction and costs.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in planning and design or a related discipline; experience in planning and design for international construction projects is preferred.
2. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills sufficient to work with international design standards.
3. Proficiency in relevant design software, with strong design optimization, communication, and coordination skills.
4. A meticulous approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to complete design tasks efficiently.

岗位职责：

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，规划设计相关专业，有国际工程规划设计经验优先。
2、英语听说读写良好，可对接国际设计规范。
3、熟练使用相关设计软件，方案优化和沟通协调能力强。
4、工作严谨，责任心强，能高效完成设计任务。
