Finance Manager Designate

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Budget management: Demonstrate expertise in budgeting and budget management for large manufacturing enterprises, coordinate budget preparation across business departments, and update budgets monthly on a rolling basis.
2. Accounting management: Demonstrate expertise in construction accounting, manage accounting for the construction company, complete data management tasks, and prepare departmental business and financial analyses.
3. Tax management: Demonstrate expertise in tax law and some knowledge of overseas tax laws.
4. Construction project management: Participate in supplier tendering and contract review processes, assess the risks and returns of cooperation terms from financial and tax perspectives, and identify the effects of contract terms on financial statements. Handle business-finance reconciliations and help business departments improve business data statistics.
5. Sales management: Assist the sales department with financial accounting, analyze sales revenue, costs, expenses, and collections, prepare analytical reports, and handle business-finance reconciliations for the sales segment.
6. Other duties.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting.
2. Work location: Indonesia. Overseas work or study experience is preferred; proficiency in English with fluent communication and writing skills is required.
3. CPA or ACCA qualification, with more than five years of audit experience at Big Four accounting firms and on projects involving large listed companies.
4. Strong numerical aptitude and data analysis skills, with familiarity with Chinese accounting standards and international financial reporting standards.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, adaptability, resilience under pressure, and strong capabilities in cost management, budget management, risk control, and financial analysis.
6. Proficiency in Kingdee Cloud Galaxy financial software and reporting tools.

岗位职责：
1、预算管理：精通大型制造业企业预算编制及管理工作，协调各业务部门编制预算，每月滚动更新各类预算。
2、核算管理：精通工程施工会计，负责工程建设公司会计核算，完成各类数据管理工作，编制部门业务及财务分析。
3、税务管理：精通税法，并对海外税法有一定的掌握。
4、工程管理：参与各类供应商的招标、合同评审流程，从财务及税务角度评估合作条款的风险与收益，并识别合同条款对财务报表的影响；负责业财对账工作，协助业务部门完善业务数据统计等。
5、销售管理：协助销售部门管理财务核算工作，对销售环节发生的收入、成本、费用、回款进行分析，出具分析报告，负责销售板块业财对账工作等。
6、其他工作。

任职资格：
1、学历：财务、会计类本科以上学历。
2、工作地点：印尼；外语要求：有出国工作或留学经验优先，精通英语，能够流利交流、书写。
3、持有CPA或ACCA资格证，拥有5年以上四大事务所及大型上市项目审计经验。
4、具备数字敏感性、良好的数据分析能力，熟悉中国会计准则及国际财务准则。
5、具有良好的沟通协调能力，应变能力、抗压能力，较强的成本管理、预算管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力。
6、熟练使用金蝶星空云财务软件、金蝶星空云报表。
