Gold Jewelry Sales Associate

About this task

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store, display, introduce, and promote jewelry products, and provide professional advice on jewelry selection.
- Deliver end-to-end in-store customer service, including sales assistance, product explanations, order processing, and cashier duties.
- Carry out shift duties and handovers, and count jewelry inventory before and after each shift to ensure that physical stock matches inventory records.
- Maintain counter displays, safeguard merchandise, and complete other store-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Achieve store sales targets, follow up with customers, and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:
- Aged 35 or below, with a well-presented appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to conduct face-to-face sales in a retail store.
- Fluent Mandarin; English proficiency is not required.
- Strong customer service awareness, good communication skills, strong motivation to sell, and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work scheduled store shifts and regular overtime.

岗位职责：
- 接待到店顾客，向客户展示、介绍并推广珠宝首饰产品，提供专业珠宝选购咨询服务。
- 负责门店销售接待、产品讲解、开单收银等全流程客户服务。
- 做好值班、交接班工作，每日班前、班后盘点珠宝库存，确保货品账实相符。
- 维护柜台展品陈列，做好货品保管，完成上级主管安排的其他门店相关工作。
- 达成门店销售目标，跟进客户，维护客户关系。

任职要求：
- 年龄35周岁及以下，形象气质佳。
- 具备门店面对面销售能力。
- 无需英文能力，普通话流利。
- 服务意识强，善于沟通，有较强的销售欲望，抗压能力良好。
- 能接受门店排班及固定加班。
