Jewelry Retail Sales Associate

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Welcome customers to the store, showcase and promote jewelry products, and provide professional advice on jewelry selection.
2. Handle the complete in-store customer service process, including sales reception, product explanations, order processing, and payment collection.
3. Carry out shift duties and handovers. Count jewelry inventory before and after each shift to ensure that physical stock matches inventory records.
4. Maintain display arrangements, safeguard merchandise, and complete other store-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Achieve store sales targets, follow up with customers, and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:
1. Aged 35 or younger, with a well-presented, professional appearance.
2. Able to conduct face-to-face retail sales.
3. Fluent Mandarin Chinese; English proficiency is not required.
4. Strong customer service mindset, good communication skills, strong sales motivation, and the ability to work under pressure.
5. Willing to work scheduled store shifts and regular overtime.
Work location: Singapore.

岗位职责：
1. 接待到店顾客，向客户展示、介绍并推广珠宝首饰产品，为客户提供专业珠宝选购咨询服务。
2. 负责门店销售接待、产品讲解、开单收银等全流程客户服务。
3. 做好值班、交接班工作，每日班前、班后盘点珠宝库存，确保货品账实相符。
4. 维护柜台展品陈列，做好货品保管，完成上级主管安排的其他门店相关工作。
5. 达成门店销售目标，跟进客户，维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1. 年龄35周岁及以下，形象气质佳。
2. 具备门店面对面销售能力。
3. 无需英文能力，普通话流利。
4. 服务意识强，善于沟通，有较强的销售欲望，抗压能力良好。
5. 能接受门店排班及固定加班。
