EHS Engineer

About this task

Requirements:
- Associate degree or above.
- Chinese and Vietnamese language skills preferred.
- At least five years of EHS-related work experience.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Familiarity with environmental protection, fire prevention, and industrial safety laws and regulations, customer standards, and ISO management systems.
- Strong logical thinking skills.
- Training in company rules, procedures, corporate culture, execution, and time management.
- Team management and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of problem-solving approaches and methods.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day company safety activities and maintain safety management systems; advance safety, health, and environmental objectives.
- Organize and supervise the implementation of ISO environmental and occupational health management systems, revising documentation as needed.
- Implement, inspect, and audit safety, fire prevention, and environmental measures, and track corrective actions. Establish safety policies, routine inspection, assessment, and improvement procedures, and maintain safety management records.
- Provide safety training and guidance for all employees and maintain related documentation. Assist departments with safety inspections and training, analyze and assess findings, and develop and implement improvement measures.
- Draft and communicate EHS policies and notices.
- Manage environmental protection, fire prevention, and safety teams.
- Organize departments to identify environmental aspects and hazards, and conduct EHS training and emergency drills.
- Participate in risk assessments for new construction, renovation, and expansion projects, and review new projects under EHS requirements for the simultaneous design, construction, and commissioning of protective facilities.
- Assist in establishing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems and improve environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
- Prepare equipment safety operating procedures and manage the introduction of new equipment.
- Regularly inspect implementation of fire prevention policies, ensure corrective actions for safety hazards, and eliminate hazards.
- Manage and address matters related to chemicals, ZWP, and other materials used by the factory.
- Participate in reviewing specialized construction plans for major hazards, supervision plans for key areas, and plans and contingency arrangements for higher-risk construction work.

Work location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

工作职责：
- 负责公司安全管理及安全体系的日常维护工作，推进安全、健康、环境目标的实施。
- 熟悉ISO环境及健康体系，组织实施、监督，并按照实际情况修订文件。
- 负责公司安全、消防及环境措施的落实、监督稽核及整改追踪，建立安全制度及各类安全日常检查、评估、改进流程，建立安全管理档案。
- 进行全员安全专项培训与指导，记录相关公文书工作，协助各部门开展安全检查和安全培训，进行分析评估，并制定、采取改进措施。
- 负责公司EHS制度、通知的撰写及传达。
- 负责环保、消防、安全小组管理。
- 组织各部门开展环境因素、危险源识别，组织开展各项EHS培训、应急演练等。
- 参与公司新建、改建、扩建工程风险评估及新项目EHS“三同时”评审。
- 协助建立ISO14001及ISO45001体系，完善公司环境和职业健康安全管理体系。
- 编制设备安全操作规程，负责新设备导入管理。
- 定期检查防火安全制度落实情况，对安全隐患落实整改措施，消除安全隐患。
- 负责管理和处理与工厂使用的化学品、ZWP等相关问题。
- 参与审核施工项目重大危险源专项施工方案、重点部位监督计划、危险性较大工程计划及预案。

工作地点：越南北宁。
