Human Resources Manager

About this task

Requirements:
- More than 5 years of human resources management experience.
- Proficiency in office software and document preparation.
- Proficiency in English; Vietnamese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for departmental operations and establish departmental rules and policies.
- Plan departmental staffing and allocate personnel responsibilities.
- Manage the company's human resources planning.
- Maintain security and order at the factory site.
- Coordinate staffing according to company requirements.
- Complete tasks assigned by management.

Location: Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam.

岗位职责：
- 全面负责本部门的运作及部门规章制度的建立。
- 负责本部门的人力规划及人员职责安排。
- 负责公司人力资源规划。
- 负责维护厂区治安及秩序。
- 根据公司要求协调人力。
- 完成上级领导交办的事项。

工作地点：越南北宁省。
