About this task
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of drone products, including product feature optimization, user feedback collection, and data analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing product operations strategies to increase user activity and improve product utilization efficiency.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to drive iterations and implementation of operational tools and systems, ensuring that operational requirements are effectively met.
- Monitor operational data and regularly produce analytical reports to support product decisions.
- Participate in user research and analysis, identify opportunities for product improvement, and drive the implementation of optimization plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; a background in computer science, electronic information, automation, or a related discipline is preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in product operations or operational tools and systems; experience in the drone or smart hardware industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with the full product operations process, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to understand user needs.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive project implementation.
- Fluent English for daily communication with local teams in Dubai and international teams.
- Chinese nationals or candidates who speak Chinese are preferred.

任职要求：

- 具备5年以上产品运营或工具系统运营相关工作经验，有无人机或智能硬件行业背景者优先。
- 熟悉产品运营全流程，具备较强的数据分析能力和用户洞察能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨团队协作推动项目落地。
- 英语流利，能够胜任迪拜本地及国际团队的日常工作沟通。
- 中国人或会中文的候选人优先。
