UAV Pilot in Command

About this task

Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily UAV flight operations and ensure that flight missions are completed safely and efficiently.
2. Assist in developing flight plans, including route planning, weather assessments, and emergency procedures.
3. Conduct daily UAV inspections, maintenance, and initial troubleshooting.
4. Collaborate with the technical team on data collection, mission execution, and flight log documentation.
5. Comply with local aviation regulations and company safety procedures to ensure compliant operations.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above; aviation, electronics, automation, or related majors are preferred.
2. At least five years of experience in UAV operations or a related field.
3. A valid UAV pilot-in-command license and familiarity with operating multirotor and fixed-wing UAVs.
4. Good English communication skills and the ability to adapt to working in Dubai.
5. A strong sense of responsibility, emergency response capabilities, and the ability to work outdoors.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience in UAV logistics and delivery operations.
2. Experience in passenger-carrying eVTOL operations.

5. 遵守当地航空法规及公司安全操作规范，确保合规运营。

岗位基本需求：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，航空、电子、自动化或相关专业优先。
2. 具备5年以上无人机操作或相关领域工作经验。
3. 持有有效的无人机机长执照，熟悉多旋翼及固定翼无人机操作。
4. 具备良好的英语沟通能力，能适应迪拜工作环境。
5. 具备较强的责任心和应急处理能力，能适应户外作业。

优先条件：
1. 有无人机物流配送运营经验优先。
2. 有载人eVTOL运营经验优先。
