About this task

Provide passenger information and reception services at Changi Airport, answering questions about flights, airport facilities, and other matters. Handle passenger complaints and requests for assistance, ensuring a positive travel experience.
Candidates with experience in hotels, catering, airports, airport lounges, sales, or tourism services are preferred. Additional allowances are available for multilingual skills, such as Japanese or French.
Work on rotating shifts, with four days on and two days off. The working week is 44 hours, with overtime pay for additional hours.
Salary: SGD 2,000 per month during probation and SGD 2,200 per month after confirmation, including a base salary of SGD 1,300, a housing allowance of SGD 300, and other allowances.

薪资：试用期2000新币/月；转正2200新币/月，包括底薪1300新币、住房补贴300新币及其他津贴。
